Graythwaite Manor is well noted for its superb cuisine, the head chef working closely with the management to ensure the highest standards. However you spend your day, you can look forward to a four course dinner, choice of carefully prepared dishes and the right wine from our extensive cellar. We use fresh local produce as far as possible. Among the wide variety, we usually include a traditional plain English roast, with all the proper trimmings. We can accept bookings from 16 to 40 guests and guarantee probably the best view in Grange-over-Sands.... our wonderful and awe inspiring gardens. All meals in The Conservatory are buffet style from simple finger buffets to sumptuous buffet banquets. We can however meet with the organisers and develop a buffet menu to your own tastes and price ranges. The Conservatory can also be hired by the day at delegate rates inclusive of morning tea, luncheon and afternoon coffee. We also include a television and video, flip charts and complimentary water, pens and pads.
