All rooms are en suite with direct dial telephone, colour television, radio/clock/alarm, tea/coffee making facilities.
Children
We welcome children to stay. Extra beds are available for a few rooms for children up to 12 years of age, £15 per night including breakfast. Children of ages 12-16, £25 per night. Children occupying a room of their own; up to 50% off the standard rate subject to availability and demand. On request we can provide high chairs, bunk beds and small cots.
Lunch
Served every day Monday to Saturday in our lounge, or Dining Room. From soup and sandwiches to three course meals.

General Booking Conditions
Reservations: Offers of accommodation are made according to availability at the time of enquiry. Reservations must be confirmed in writing or by credit card over the phone within 4 working days including a deposit of £50.00 per room which will be credited to the guests account.
Deposits & Cancellations: A Non Refundable or Transferrable deposit of £25.00 per person is required with every room booking. Should you cancel at any point before your stay the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations 1 week prior to your booking 50% of the cost of the stay will be incurred to yourself. For cancellations on the day of your booking 100% of the cost will be incurred.

Smoking: Graythwaite Manor operates a no smoking policy
Dogs: We are able to accept dogs - 1 dog per room at a cost of £10
