Here at Graythwaite Manor a small part of our multi-award winning gardens are devoted to growing our own herbs, fruit and vegetables. We believe in finest home cooked food, fresh from the garden to the plate.

Potatoes, carrots, courgettes, spinach, marrows and radishes are just some of the vegetables found in the garden. In the green house you can find varieties of tomatoes, many herbs and also our own grown grapes. Our grapes take their place in our puddings and also get turned into our own wine. Please ask for a sample when at the hotel.
